Our website santinelloshop.com offers different and absolutely safe payment methods.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD (Rechargeable or not)
All transactions are controlled and managed by Stripe.
During the checkout procedure you can select the option to pay by credit card, then you will only have to enter the requested data.
The accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard.
If your card allows it, for 3D secure authentication you will be temporarily redirected to the page where you can enter the verification code.
Payments via POSTEPAY and all rechargeable cards operating within the VISA ELECTRON circuit are also accepted.
We remind you that, thanks to the Stripe security certificate, Santinelloshop does not display its customers' credit card data in any way, nor will they be saved on our site.
Santinelloshop reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents demonstrating ownership of the paper used. If the customer does not provide this information, Santinelloshop reserves the right not to accept the purchase order.
PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL
Paypal is another absolutely secure online payment method that will allow you to pay for your order by accessing your account directly.

We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered with the PayPal circuit. Your account and credit card data will never be visible to Santinelloshop, but will be managed directly by PayPal, which will simply provide us with a communication via email after the payment has been made.
In case of cancellation of the order (either by the customer or by Santinelloshop) the amount will be re-credited to your PayPal account.
Santinelloshop will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during the refund phase.
PAYMENTS WITH SCALAPAY
If you buy with Afterpay you confirm your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.
To use the payment service, the User must register on the SCALAPAY portal. In this way you will have access to your entered data and will be able to manage the expiring installments. In the case of a refund from a return or order cancellation, Scalapay will reimburse the installments already paid, withholding any expenses and eliminating the remaining installments. Everything will be visible from your Afterpay account. For any changes in card insertion or other information related to SCALAPAY, the End User must contact their customer service by writing to support@scalapay.com
PAYMENTS VIA BANK TRANSFER
Send an email to info@santinelloshop.com asking us to send you the data to issue a bank transfer. Remember to write to us the PRODUCT ID that you find written in the item description and the desired size. Our office, during opening hours, will check actual availability and will respond to you as soon as possible. The order will then be processed when we receive the actual credit of the bank transfer.
