REFUNDS:

- Refunds will be made by the end of the day on the 7th working day from receipt of the goods. Customer service will send a notification email upon receipt of the return with the expected refund date and the applicable costs withheld.

- Any initial shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be refunded in the event of a return

- If the customer refuses delivery of the package and returns to our warehouses, the shipping costs incurred will be charged to the final refund

- The refund is automatic, and is set to be paid to the payment method you have chosen, except in exceptional cases such as theft of the card you paid with or its expiration

- SCALAPAY: the total or partial refund will be managed directly by scalapay and you can view everything via your SCALAPAY portal. The remaining installments will be eliminated and the paid installments will be fully or partially refunded based on the return requested.

- PAYPAL INSTALLMENTS: Paypal eliminates the remaining installments at the time of reimbursement and the amount paid for the first installment is made available as a credit on your Paypal account for future purchases. You will therefore not see an actual credit movement but a virtual credit that you can use in the future on any platform that accepts Paypal

- PAYPAL EXPRESS: Paypal will send me a notification when the refund is issued

- CREDIT CARD: Our site sends an automatic notification of the refund to the customer via the email he entered during the order phase. The timing in which the customer will see the credit depends on his financial institution.

- BANK TRANSFER: if the customer paid by bank transfer, our customer support will ask via email for the IBAN on which to make the refund

- CASH ON DELIVERY (only for Italy): if the customer paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer

The Seller carries out the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the purchase of the returned products, even if a virtual and/or disposable credit card was used. The Seller will in no way be able to make a refund on a credit card other than the one used for the purchase, except in the case in which the card itself has expired in the meantime or has been stolen: in this case the User can contact the Customer Service via the appropriate section on the "Contact Us" website, to agree on the most appropriate means of reimbursement.
