The cancellation request must be received as soon as possible via email to email@example.com or using the " contact us " form on our website, specifying the reason for cancellation and the order number.
If the order has already been processed, regardless of the automatic email notification or not, it will not be possible to cancel the order in any way, except through a subsequent return request. If the customer refuses the package, the return shipment will still be paid by the customer together with any storage costs where applicable.
Since the cancellation of the order will be accepted, the operation will be carried out within 3 working days. ATTENTION, the commissions relating to the payment made by you may be deducted from the final refund as some payment companies do not reimburse the commissions to the seller.
